It is our goal to strengthen the Tennessee community of real estate investors through high-quality education, support and networking events. We do this by providing members with opportunities to meet with and learn from experienced and active investors and industry-related professionals in the Tennessee real estate market.

I am a dedicated and passionate REALTOR® who combines my love for the industry with my desire to help others. I understand the importance of providing exceptional customer care and guidance to my clients. I have a degree in business management and over 20 years of experience in sales and management.

​As an active agent in Nashville, I represents both buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. I bring a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process, leveraging my years of experience to ensure my clients obtain the best value for their dream home or achieve a smooth and stress-free sale.

My expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions. I have a proven track record of working with investors, helping them grow their portfolios, maximize profits from house flips, and identify the best use for their investment properties. My background in business gives me a unique perspective and the ability to work effectively with professionals.

​In addition to my role as a Real Estate Broker, I am also a Co-Owner of Oyster Real Estate Advisors, Co-Owner of TNREIA (TN Real Estate Investors Association), Co-Founder of Middle TN Investors and Wholesalers Network, and Co-Founder of Corkscrews and Contracts Real Estate Podcast. 

​Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, exercising, traveling, and exploring all the exciting opportunities Nashville has to offer.

Wyatt is a passionate real estate investor with interests in fix-and-flips, wholesaling, multifamily, and commercial investing.  As Co-Director of the Tennessee Real Estate Investors Association, he enjoys connecting, supporting, and promoting thousands of investors monthly.  In addition, he and Jennifer recently founded the American Real Estate Network, a TV channel on Roku, iOS, and Android apps, dedicated to connecting investors nationwide.  "AREN aims to showcase the incredible, feature the insightful, and educate truthfully to inspire real estate investing." Wyatt is currently seeking to deploy capital in single-family portfolios and repurpose commercial office buildings in select city centers. 

Prior to real estate, he was an actor in Los Angeles, California and owner of Sumetra Media, a web based audio production house that focused on supporting distance learning companies.

Along with Jennifer Hamrick, he is also Co-Founder of the Middle TN Investors and Wholesalers Network and the Corkscrews and Contracts Real Estate Podcast.  His hobbies include watching Nashville hockey and football, going to country music concerts, camping, and cooking.

I began a career in real estate over 30 years ago when I unwittingly bought my first 'investment' property -a one acre lot in Bon Aqua, TN with a mobile home. Who knew it would turn into an obsession for Real Estate? I continue today acquiring properties and building a residential and commercial portfolio. 

I have been involved in many aspects of the residential and commercial real estate business, including property management, leasing, land sales, assembling urban parcels, due diligence and investment real estate.

I have never been as excited by the opportunities in the real estate market as I am today. Both passive investors and investors who actually want to do the work such as rehab, management and so on are finding great returns at today's prices.

My specialties are wholesaling real estate, managing real estate, purchasing real estate without banks, self-directed IRA investing, passive real estate investing, & turn key rentals.
