But the real action is behind the scenes—inside data centers, powered by physical equipment that actually generates revenue.

In this session, Seth Utley and Justyn Melendez will break down how this side of AI actually works… what kind of equipment is involved, how it cash flows, and how investors are starting to look at it as a real asset.

Seth will walk through the infrastructure side — data centers, servers, and the equipment driving it — and will even have an actual server (“node”) in the room so you can see what this looks like beyond the buzzwords.

Justyn will connect the dots on the financial side — how this fits into a broader strategy around cash flow, leverage, and structuring.
