Asking questions, finding answers; being accountable to your investing partners, banking interests and even the seller, is what proper DD is all about.  You need to format and stick to each step of your checklist and follow it to the letter so portions aren't missed.

More than a few Middle Tennesseans left their homes for last minute groceries at 8am just before the storm hit, and I'm ashamed to admit, I was one of them.  It seemed so easy to rush for the nearest Kroger, and I made it, but it was the way back that made for significant trouble.  Ahhh those TN hills!  I nearly slid back down one of them on the way home and I'm certain others had it worse.

Now warm on the couch, I'm glad all is well and we've finally started winter.
