About the Speaker:

Justin Shadley is a Senior Business Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, based in the Nashville Branch. As an analyst in the Regional Economic Information Network (REIN), Justin gathers pertinent regional economic information from across the Southeast, engages in qualitative and quantitative research generated from Tennessee organizations, and supports efforts to inform Fed policy making and policymakers. He joined the Atlanta Fed in 2021, after completing his studies in Salt Lake City, Utah, at Westminster College.

Justin previously served as a research assistant for the Dean of the Gore School of Business and head economics tutor during his time at Westminster College. Additionally, he was elected and served in Westminster’s Student Government, participated Division II athletics, and was involved multiple student run organizations. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science.

He continues to be an active alumni mentor, a member of Delta Mu Delta (the international business honor society), the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association for Business Economics (NABE).
